Delivery & Returns

Orders
-Order processing time. 5-7 business days – Please allow additional time for shipping.
-All orders must be prepaid.
-Orders may be accepted via telephone, fax, e-mail or mail.
-Payment may be made with Visa, Mastercard or check
-Backorders: Occasionally an item may be temporarily out-of-stock at time of order. Please note that Studio Cosmetics does not back order. Your invoice will flag any items that where not shipped. You are not charged for any item not shipped.
-There is a $50.00 charge for returned checks
-The client warrants that he/she will comply with all requirements of use and sale of the Studio Cosmetics products.
-Rush Orders: For a service fee of $50.00 to ship with in 24 hours, if order is placed before 12:00pm EST (exceptions may apply)
-Title and ownership remain the property of Studio Cosmetics until payment in full is made.

Shipping
-Studio Cosmetics is not responsible for shipment delivery schedules or times of delivery. Someone must be present to receive the package. If a shipment is returned, the client will incur additional shipping charges.
-All shortages and breakage in shipping must be reported within 24 hours.
-Please order carefully, Studio Cosmetics does not accept returns due to customer error. All sales are final
-Shipment refusals- a 25% handling fee will be charged, plus shipping

Returns
-We accept no returns without written authorization from Studio Cosmetics.

-Prices are subject to change without notice.
-Studio Cosmetics does not accept nor assumes any responsibility for products that have been repackaged or misrepresented in any way.
